COVID-19 Safety Guidelines

An appointment system will be in place for Ganapati murti selection and pick-up this year. Appointment booking links will be shared via email and on the website.
For in-person booking: selection, payment and pick-up must be done in ONE APPOINTMENT ONLY. We cannot allow a visit for selection and a different visit for pick-up due to time constraints.
For online booking via photos: payment must be done via e-transfer at the time of selection. Your booking will NOT be confirmed until payment is received.
Please be ON TIME for scheduled appointments, otherwise, you may be requested to wait in your car until a slot becomes available.
Appointment slots for both - in-person and pick-up for online booking via photos - will be on a first-come-first-served basis.
Each family can book only ONE appointment slot. Duplicate or multiple appointments will be deleted.
Each family can have TWO MEMBERS ONLY for a selection or pick-up appointment. Kindly do not bring children and avoid bringing elders whenever possible. Do NOT bring anyone who may be unwell or experiencing symptoms.
As per protocol, masks MUST be worn. We also recommend wearing gloves.

NOTE: We risk hefty fines if we do not comply with the rules, so we will be counting on your cooperation. We cannot make exceptions to any of these rules. Please help us make this a pleasant and SAFE experience for you.
